- Collaborate with service providers relevant in the provision of our services, including but not limited to sharing data with the lab that conducts blood testing for our clients.

None of our offerings, including our test panels, pre-pregnancy wellness consultations, pre-pregnancy cleanse, constitute medical advice.
All material is provided for educational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for a consultation with your primary healthcare provider. Our offerings are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure disease. We do not engage in rendering medical advice or services. Individuals with health disorders, medical conditions, or any condition needing medical supervision assume full responsibility for obtaining such professional medical assistance. We specifically disclaim any expressed or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular usage, application, or purpose. We do not recommend self-diagnosis or self-medication, and no information within this website or presented by us or our associates may be construed or interpreted as recommending self-diagnosis or self-medication.
For testing specifically:
Our Test Packages have been designed for pre-pregnancy wellness. It is possible that these Test Packages do not include a test that may be recommended for you based on your personal medical and family history. To order the Test Package, you will need to have blood drawn through one of our authorized providers. You may need to sign other forms, provide further information, or review other information when you have your blood drawn.
Once you order your test package, you will receive a test kit in the mail and choose a local lab to administer a blood draw for the Test Package you choose. Upon completion of the testing, you will be sent a report with your lab results through a secure email or via an online patient portal.
After obtaining your test results, you may also choose to have an educational call with one of our pre-pregnancy educators to discuss any questions you may have. This call with one of our pre-pregnancy educators is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. You should contact your primary healthcare provider for any medical advice. This service does not replace a preconception visit with your doctor but can be helpful for navigating those conversations. The information we share is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You are responsible for your health and your healthcare decisions. The information and perspective shared by the Generational Health team is not intended to replace a one-on-one relationship with a qualified healthcare professional and is not intended as medical advice. We encourage you to make healthcare decisions based on your research and in partnership with a qualified health professional. You should seek the advice of your primary healthcare provider before undertaking any dietary, supplementation, or lifestyle changes. If you choose to share outside lab results for discussion, you acknowledge that the information and perspective shared by the Generational Health team is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Your results will be released to or viewed by us, as well as our lab provider, Vibrant America. Vibrant America and Generational Health, LLC will release to each other and share your results and other health or personal information, as needed, for provision of our services and the Test Package.
If a laboratory test result is outside the normal range, you are encouraged to see your primary healthcare provider. Some tests, to be validated, will need to be repeated at the discretion of a healthcare provider. Laboratory test results may vary depending upon age, sex, time of day blood sample is taken, diet and medications. In addition, false positive and false negative test results are possible. The results of your Test Package only constitute a partial snapshot of your state of health and do not represent a medical diagnosis or treatment of disease. It is solely your responsibility to review your results and, if necessary, follow-up with your primary healthcare provider.
All individuals are required to keep up to date contact information on record with Generational Health, LLC so that we may contact you regarding your results.
6. Risks and Benefits
Benefits: You may gain insights into your health, receive tailored advice, or better manage your health.
Risks: While we implement robust security measures, there is a small risk of unauthorized access to your data. There is also a risk of false positive or false negative results from our lab partners. If you have concerns, please contact us to discuss further.
7. Confidentiality and Data Security
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your data will be stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
8. Right to Withdraw
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at info@9monthsisnotenough.com. Withdrawal will not affect the legality of data processing based on your prior consent.

You, your successors, heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, do hereby forever release and discharge Generational Health, LLC and its employees, directors, owners, and representatives from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, damages, and causes of action, which may result from your participation in these services. By proceeding with the purchase of these tests, you hereby authorize release of your test results and other health or personal information by, to, and between Generational Health, LLC and Vibrant America, as well as other providers relevant for the provision of these services (e.g., local phlebotomist).
